All the John Denver fans that I know are very upset about the cutting of that scene. A ridiculous example of over-sensitivity. Are the powers-that-be saying that John’s family asked for it to be cut? That seems unlikely…

    SAVED BY GRACE
About 3 years ago I dropped into a black hole – four months of absolute terror. I wanted to end my life, but somehow [Holy Spirit], I reached out to a friend who took me to hospital. I had three visits [hospital] in four months – I actually thought I was in hell. I imagine I was going through some sort of metamorphosis [mental, physical & spiritual]. I had been seeing a therapist [1994] on a regular basis, up until this point in time. I actually thought I would be locked away – but the hospital staff was very supportive [I had no control over my process]. I was released from hospital 16th September 2004, but my fear, pain & shame had only subsided a little. I remember this particular morning waking up [home] & my process would start up again [fear, pain, & shame]. No one could help me, not even my therapist [I was terrified]. I asked Jesus Christ to have mercy on me & forgive me my sins. Slowly, all my fear has dissipated & I believe Jesus delivered me from my “psychological prison.” I am a practicing Catholic & the Holy Spirit is my friend & strength; every day since then has been a joy & blessing. I deserve to go to hell for the life I have led, but Jesus through His sacrifice on the cross, delivered me from my inequities. John 3: 8, John 15: 26, are verses I can relate to, organically. He’s a real person who is with me all the time. I have so much joy & peace in my life, today, after a childhood spent in orphanages . God LOVES me so much. Fear, pain, & shame, are no longer my constant companions. I just wanted to share my experience with you [Luke 8: 16 – 17].
    PEACE BE WITH YOU
    MICKY

My daughter has decided to leave our home and live with a friend because she would rather not follow the rules set of the home. Three weeks ago, she come home quite intoxicated and beat me continuously on my back with her fists, kicked me in the face & in the head; punched me repeatedly in the head – told me that she wished I would die. I called the police department and had her arrested for an MIP and assault.

She continues to show disrespect – she is turning 16 on Sunday and about the last 5 months – she has been not obeying the house rules – skipping classes; quitting her job to hang with her friends; beating on her brother, etc.

Her biological father has a drug addiction and she informed me through a text message that she will be leaving her friends house and moving in with her father. This man has failed her many times when she would wait for him to provide the courts with a clean UA to have visitation – he continuously lies to her to cover his addiction and both of my children witnessed him ’shooting-up’.

I am at my wits end with her – I love her dearly and I want her back home but I don’t want the anger and violence tends to follow her when she comes back.

Before she left, she had a friend stay the night. Then the next day, she asked if the friend can stay another night – then another, then another – when I told her that it was time that the friend go home, she asked if she could stay the night with her – when I told her no, she bacame violent and left anyway.

That’s because your garage isn’t lined with plastic and completely sunlight/air-deprived thereby slowly mummify everything inside it. Ya see.
I like to share my garbage knowledge. But I’m stopping now.

Are menstruating women at greater risk of bear attacks than anyone else? No. That’s my short answer. My long answer is an 11 page chapter about the “menstrual myth” in Backcountry Bear Basics.

Glacier National Park started the menstrual myth, and continues to perpetuate it. Glacier would face sex discrimination lawsuits if it said, “sorry, we can’t hire a woman to work in the backcountry because bears are attracted to menstrual odors.” There’s no reputable scientific or anecdotal evidence that bears go after menstruating women. Why does Glacier continue to warn the public menstrual odors might attract bears? Lawsuits. Tort claims.

Truly hilarious… “don’t forget that she is a human…” that phrase really sums up, and gives a perfect answer to the question “How should I behave with an escort?”
