Is this the real train used as the Hogwarts Express in the filming of the Harry Potter movies?

Good question! There are many tours available which say that the train included in their tours is the “Hogwarts Express” and may even state that theirs is the train which is used in the movies.
At this time, HP Fan Trips are the only tours which include the actual train used as the Hogwarts Express in the filming of the Harry Potter movies. Don’t be fooled by these other claims – the Olton Hall #5972 (the real name of the locomotive) does not run on a regular schedule, it is not on display and thus cannot even be visited by fans unless a company charters the entire locomotive.
